Customer's satisfaction is a priority for us. Our courtesy exchange or return policy allow buyers to ship back their items within 30 days of purchase.
If you are returning or exchanging dresses or accessories, please make sure they are in their original conditions - unworn, unwashed, unaltered, undamaged, clean, free of lint and hair and with tags intact and attached.
A replacement item or refund will be issues if conditions are met.
Please note: your returned items are may subject to 10 to 15% restocking fee depending on return reason and/or condition of items.
Buyer is responsible for additional shipping charges. Please contact us for your RMA# information.
All orders 60 days or older will not receive any refunds even if the items are returned.
**Returned free shipping items, undeliverable packages, and refused items will be charged an appropriate shipping charge.
Any free shipping orders returned for a refund will may be subject to a shipping and handling cost fee of $10 and credit card processing fee of $3.
If the package is refused, a return shipping fee will also be inured.
**Expedited shipping charges (expedited, 2nd day, 1 day shipping) and international shipping charges are not refundable as it's being paid to the carrier unless the item isn't delivered on time.
**Custom Duties and Import VAT are buyer's responsibility. When a package is shipped internationally, it may be subject to import taxes, customs duties, and/or fees imposed by the destination country. These charges will typically be due once the shipped goods arrive at the country of destination. If the international buyer refuse shipment, original and returning shipping cost, as well as any additional handling cost will be deducted from the refunds.
